Drop off – Stephansdom
When you arrive at our Stephansdom location (Schönlaterngasse 7, 1010 Vienna), you’ll find the self-service lockers just a few steps from St. Stephen’s Cathedral. The system is fully automated, allowing you to store your bags quickly and securely before heading out to explore Vienna’s Old Town.
When dropping off luggage:
- Press the „Rent a locker” button.
- Select a time.
- Select the size
- S – depth 60 cm, height 45 cm
- M – depth 60 cm, height 60 cm
- L – depth 60 cm, height 90 cm
- Create a pin code.
- Confirm the pin code.
- Read the information on the page, display the pin code (click on the eye next to it), and take a photo of the pin code.
- Press the “Proceed to Payment” button.
- Make the payment using the card terminal below.
After that, the door opens, and you can put your bag inside and close the door.

Pick up - Quick and simple
When you return to collect your luggage at the Stephansdom lockers:
- Log in with your pin
- Enter the pin code.
- Enter the locker number where you stored your bag.
- If there is a balance payment, the door will not open, and the terminal will ask you to pay.
After that, the door opens, and you can take out your luggage.
Remember to close the door!
